Archil Lezhava

Archil Lezhava is a Founding Partner at LPA Law Firm, bringing over two decades of distinguished legal experience. He is widely recognized for his expertise in corporate law, business structuring, M&A, taxes, commercial and international business transactions, structuring cross-border investments, project financing, regulatory compliance, and competition law. Archil has a strong specialization in real estate development and construction law, offering comprehensive legal support across all phases of major construction, infrastructure, and energy projects.

Archil has extensive experience in Banking and Finance law, providing specialized legal advice to financial institutions on regulatory compliance, transactional matters, and legal risk management. He serves as the head of Supervisory Board of Micro financial Organization ,,Cross Credit” overseeing its compliance and strategic direction.

In addition to his transactional practice, he is actively engaged in litigation and commercial arbitration, representing clients in complex civil and administrative matters. He has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2006 and is a qualified attorney in civil and administrative law.

A native Georgian speaker, he is fluent in English and Russian.

• Licensed mediator and a member of the Georgian Association of Mediators, acting as both a court-appointed and commercial mediator.
• Patent Attorney at LEPL National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia Sakpatenti since 2011.
