Salome Meunargia

Salome is a founding partner at LPA, specializing in corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, real estate, telecommunications and employment law. She has significant experience advising domestic and international clients on the structuring and implementation of complex business transactions, including debt and equity financing arrangements. 

Salome has acted as a counsel on numerous high-profile M&A transactions in the Georgian market and is recognized for her practical, solution-oriented approach to sophisticated commercial matters. She has been continuously ranked as a Highly Regarded Practitioner by IFRL1000.

She is a native Georgian speaker and is fluent in English and Russian, with intermediate knowledge of Spanish and French.
