Levan Nikoladze

Levan is a founding partner at LPA, specializing in corporate law, tax law, intellectual property law, real estate law, and licenses and permits law. He has over 20 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on the structuring and execution of complex cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, as well as securing licenses and permits – particularly for duty free operators, casinos, international enterprises, and free industrial and trade zones.

He leads the firm’s litigation and arbitration practice in civil and corporate disputes and has been actively involved in the legal drafting of regulations related to duty free units operations under Georgian legislation, as well as amendments to the tobacco legislation of Georgia. Levan is widely regarded as a lawyer who contributes substantial value not only on purely legal matters but also through insightful business-strategic solutions and commercial guidance.

He is a native Georgian speaker and is fluent in English and Russian.
