Lana Kancheli

Lana Kancheli is a senior associate at LPA Law Firm. She joined the firm in 2016 as an intern and has gradually promoted to the position of a senior associate. Lana’s practice areas focus on civil law, administrative law, immigration law and corporate law. She has been actively involved in numerous M&A and real estate transactions, including drafting and analyzing various legal documents, legal opinions and due diligence studies on various legal matters. Lana’s responsibilities also cover drafting court documents and representation of clients in litigation proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Lana worked as an intern at the Georgian Security and Analysis Center at the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies. Her main duties included assistance in analysis and writing various papers as well as organizing seminars for Georgian and foreign policy-makers.

With her native Georgian, Lana is fluent in English and Russian languages.
